submission requirements

submission requirements

Each submission type has a unique set of requirements.
If you fail to follow these requirements, we will be unable to accept your submission.

mixing

The format

Do not send DAW sessions!
Export/bounce each audio track as a WAV or AIFF file, 24bit at 44.1khz, 48khz or 96khz.
Additionally, export your MIDI tracks if they need sound replacement.

These can either be mono or stereo.

Dry tracks only!

Please bypass any effects (amp simulator / compression / reverb / eq / delay, etc.).
Only leave effects which are an integral part of the sound.
When in doubt, just render two copies of the sound, one with the effect and one without.

No peaks!

Audio levels should NEVER exceed 0 dB, so please ensure your tracks are not distorting or clipping as this can not be fixed at the mix stage.

The names

Name each track sensibly
(e.g. Bass DI, Lead Guitar 1, etc.)

Tracks alignment

Make sure each audio file is bounced from the beginning of the session so each track has the same starting point.

NOTE: To make sure you exported your stems correctly before sending them to us, import the stems into your DAW to make sure everything is correct.

Zip!

Have all your files saved in one folder and zip / compress this folder with a file archiver software.
Once the .zip / .rar file is created, name it to the song title.

Then, click here.

The info

Please provide us with as much written information as possible. We also welcome a reference mix that you would like us to match. This will give us a better idea of your creative vision and what you are seeking for in your mix.

Done!

If the material has been sent correctly, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: If you need to complete a previous submission, fill out this form and upload your files.
